½ Packet Cincinnati Recipe Chili Seasoning
--Toss the popcorn in the dry seasoning.

Cincinnati Recipe Cheese Crackers
1 Box Cheese Crackers (like Cheez-its or Pepperidge Farm Fish)
1 Stick Butter
1 Packet Cincinnati Recipe Chili Seasoning
--Melt butter, whisk in dry seasoning, and toss with the crackers.
--Spread crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Cincinnati Recipe Pastry Twists
1 Box Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed completely **Recipe is for one sheet of puff pastry; typically there are two sheets per package.**
1 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Packet Cincinnati Recipe Chili Seasoning
½ Pound Thinly Sliced Rare Roast Beef
--Preheat oven to 425.
--Layer completely thawed puff pastry, laid flat, with half of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with half a packet of dry mix. Fold the top two corners of puff pastry over to meet the bottom two corners, and press into place.
--Cut into ½-inch thick strips beginning from the bottom up. (Use a pizza cutter for ease.) Twist each strip three times and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
--Remove from the oven and cool completely. Just before serving, wrap one piece of roast beef around the pastry stick.
**Serve alongside a salad, or enjoy by themselves as a snack or appetizer.
